Château Miraval Rosé
A vibrant Rosé with enticing red fruit, white peach, and a crisp, refreshing finish
Château Miraval Rosé from Provence, France, is an elegant still dry rosé crafted from Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle (also known as Vermentino), and Syrah grapes. Hand-picked and sorted, the grapes are gently pressed, with Syrah undergoing the saignée method. Fermented separately, with Rolle aged in oak barrels with bâtonnage, this wine offers enticing aromas of fresh redcurrants, lemon peel, and garrigue. The palate is vibrant with crunchy red fruit and white peach, balanced by crisp acidity and a long, perfumed finish. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with appetizers, poultry, and lean fish.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand in the cool, early hours of the morning and hand sorted twice to retain freshness and quality. They were then destemmed. The Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle parcels were gently pressed to extract just the right amount of colour, while the Syrah was made using the saignée method. The wine was fermented separately, the majority in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and the remainder in oak barrels with bâtonnage, and then blended post fermentation.
