Château de Fontenille Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux AOC France is a still, dry red wine, a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged for 12 months in new oak barrels, it develops a generous, rounded texture with enticing notes of sweet spice and cinnamon. The palate is elegant yet full-bodied, revealing concentrated flavours of black cherry and bramble, leading to a long, lifted finish. This vegan and vegetarian wine makes a versatile companion to a range of dishes.

Vinification
Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C. The wine was then transferred to oak barrels where it remained for 12 months before bottling and release.
