Celler del Roure `Cullerot` Valencia, Spain is a beautifully balanced and fresh still White wine, crafted from a blend of Macabeo, Verdil, Malvasia, and Pedro Ximénez grapes. This dry wine showcases the producer's commitment to traditional methods, with fermentation starting in stainless steel and finishing in clay amphorae, where it ages for six months, imparting a lovely texture. On the nose and palate, delicate notes of green apple and vibrant citrus mingle with hints of tangerine and a touch of sweet spice, creating a deliciously refreshing and aromatic profile. Certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian, it offers a versatile food pairing, perfect with lean fish, poultry, or a variety of vegetarian dishes.

Vinification
The grapes were hand picked into 15kg crates, and completely destemmed. Maceration took place for approximately four hours, with some variation depending on the grape variety. Fermentation started in stainless steel tanks, and was finished in clay amphorae. The wine was then aged a further 6 months in 2,500 litre clay amphorae before being released. `Cullerot` is Valencian for `tadpole`.
