Cantine Belisario `Vigneti del Cerro` Matelica DOC, Italy, is a still dry white wine crafted from 100% Verdicchio grapes. This elegant wine undergoes cold fermentation and ageing in stainless-steel tanks, preserving its vibrant character. It offers abundant aromas of ripe citrus, grapefruit, and white flowers, with a touch of acacia honey. The palate is beautifully balanced with refreshing acidity, distinct mineral notes, a hint of ripe apple, and a zingy lemon finish, all wrapped in a soft mouthfeel. This versatile white pairs wonderfully with lean fish, shellfish, and light pasta dishes.

Vinification
The grapes were pressed and the must cold settled before fermentation took place at cold temperatures for over 20 days. The wine was then aged in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
