Cantina Valpantena Torre del Falasco Valpolicella, Italy, is a youthful, still red wine with a dry profile. This vibrant offering from the 'valley of god' presents bright, clean aromas of classic cherry and almond blossom. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and aged in concrete to retain its natural freshness, this wine delivers a lively black cherry character on the palate, supported by supple, approachable tannins and a flavoursome finish. It is a versatile choice, pairing wonderfully with pasta dishes, poultry, or mild and soft cheeses, making it an excellent everyday companion.

Vinification
The grapes were destemmed and crushed on arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks between 22-26°C followed by maceration. The wine was then transferred in concrete tanks until bottling to retain its natural freshness.
Flavour profile
This youthful Valpolicella offers bright aromas of classic cherry and a hint of floral notes. On the palate, it presents a vibrant black cherry character, supported by supple tannins and a flavoursome finish.
