Cantina Diomede `Lama di Pietra` from Puglia, Italy, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted solely from Nero di Troia grapes. The fruit undergoes a long maceration and fermentation at controlled temperatures, then matures in stainless steel to preserve its fruit-forward style. This full-bodied wine offers enticing aromas of mulberry and cherry, leading to a soft, perfectly balanced palate with delicate tannins and rich red fruit. It pairs wonderfully with robust pasta dishes, red meats, and mature cheeses.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit underwent a long period of maceration on the skins followed by fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The wine was matured in stainless-steel tanks to preserve the fruit-forward style of wine before bottling.

This full-bodied red wine presents a vibrant ruby hue with violet reflections. It offers enticing aromas of mulberry and cherry, leading to a soft, perfectly balanced palate with delicate tannins and rich red fruit characteristics.
