Cantina di Gambellara Monopolio Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC from Gambellara, Italy, is a delightful still white wine. This dry Pinot Grigio offers delicate aromas of blossom, citrus fruit, and green apple. The grapes are harvested early and gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve freshness. On the palate, it is full and intense, brimming with notes of yellow peach and white flowers, leading to a long, refreshing finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, and light pasta dishes.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested early in the morning when temperatures were cooler, to retain the fresh fruit characters. Once at the winery, they were carefully sorted and then gently pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled cool temperatures. Finally, the wine was gently filtered and clarified, and then bottled.
