Cantina Colli Euganei Rialto Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry Prosecco DOC from Colli Euganei, Italy, is a delightful White (sparkling white) wine. This Off-Dry sparkling wine is crafted from Glera grapes, which are cold pressed and fermented in pressurised stainless steel tanks to preserve their aromatic qualities, then bottled under pressure to achieve its characteristic spumante sparkle. It offers fresh and fruity aromas of lemon, apple, and pear, complemented by delicate white blossom hints. On the palate, it is soft, lively, and well-balanced with a fine, persistent mousse, making it extremely easy to drink. An excellent apéritif, it also pairs beautifully with appetizers and mild cheeses.

Vinification
The grapes were cold pressed and fermented in pressurised temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their aromatic qualities. The wine was bottled under pressure so that it remained 'spumante', or sparkling.
