Ca' dei Frati `I Frati` Lugana Lugana DOC, Italy, is a lively and scented dry white still wine crafted from the indigenous Turbiana grape variety. This superb wine consistently offers a concentrated perfume of honeysuckle, apricot, spice, and candied fruits. Matured on its lees in stainless steel for six months, it develops excellent depth and balance on the palate, culminating in a crisp, saline finish with a distinctive zippy acidity. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, or mild cheeses, making it a delightful choice for various occasions. It is not certified natural, vegan, or vegetarian.

Vinification
The grapes were picked by hand and carefully selected. Once at the winery, they were gently pressed using a pneumatic press. The must was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural fresh fruit character. The wine was then matured on its lees in 500 litre stainless steel tanks for six months, before spending a further two months ageing in bottle before release.
