Crafted from 100% Nebbiolo Rosé, this dry wine undergoes hand harvesting, destemming, and whole berry sorting into stainless steel vats, followed by six months of ageing to preserve its vibrant character. It offers a delicate perfume of raspberry and strawberry, with charming red fruit notes lifted by a crisp, mouthwatering freshness on the palate. The fruit was hand harvested, destemmed and whole berry sorted into stainless steel vats. The wine was then aged in stainless steel vats for six months before release.
