Bodegas Máximo was founded to produce modern, value-driven wines, sourcing fruit from high-elevation vineyards (600-850m) in Castilla y León and Castilla-La Mancha. The significant diurnal range helps retain the grapes' vibrant acidity and aromatics. This Blanco is vinified in a state-of-the-art winery, with a focus on temperature control and gentle handling. Fermented in stainless steel, it offers delicate floral and bright citrus notes, creating a refreshing, zesty wine. It pairs wonderfully with light seafood, salads, or as a delightful aperitif.
