Bodegas Lan Rueda Verdejo from Rueda D.O., Spain, is a vibrant still white wine (blanco) that is dry and refreshing. Crafted from 100% Verdejo grapes, it undergoes bâtonnage and lees ageing to enhance its structure and flavour intensity. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine offers prominent aromas of citrus, freshly cut pears and fennel, leading to a palate with excellent structure, vibrant acidity, and intense, delicate flavours. It pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, poultry, and light appetizers.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested at night to ensure the temperature of the fruit was kept between 10°C and 15°C, to retain the vibrant aromas. Maceration occurred at a low temperature and bâtonage was employed to add textural complexity to the finished wine.

This vibrant white wine offers prominent aromas of citrus, freshly cut pears, and fennel. On the palate, it presents excellent structure with a vibrant acidity, delicate volume, and intense, refreshing flavours.
