Bodegas Gallegas `Silandeiro` Sobre Lías Rías Baixas DO, Rías Baixas, Spain, is a vibrant Dry White (still) wine crafted from 100% Albariño (Alvarinho) grapes. Sourced from 30-year-old vines in the Salnés Valley and aged on its lees in stainless steel for two to three months, this wine offers intense aromas of apple, peach, and delicate white flowers. The palate reveals a ripe, punchy lemon and peach character with an appetising depth, well-balanced acidity, and a distinctive saline finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with seafood or light poultry dishes.

Vinification
The grapes from each plot are kept separate throughout the vinification process in order to maintain the individual identity. Upon arrival at the winery the grapes were put through a pneumatic press before undergoing maceration at 10°C for four to six hours.
