Balnaves Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra, Australia, is a classic Red (still) wine, embodying the region's unique 'terra rossa' soils. This dry, vegetarian Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes a long maceration and 18 months in new French oak, developing intense aromas of bright blackberry and blackcurrant fruit with vanilla oak. Vinification
The grapes from the two blocks were combined and underwent a long maceration on skins before spending 18 months in new (52%) tight grained French oak prior to egg fining and bottling in November 2020.
