Willunga 100 McLaren Vale Grenache Blanc from McLaren Vale, Australia is a vibrant still white wine, dry and crafted from 100% Grenache Blanc grapes. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel (75%) and French puncheons (25%) and aged on lees for four months, it offers beautiful texture. The wine presents aromas of ripe pear, apple, lychee, and lemon, complemented by delicate white flowers and exotic spice. On the palate, stone fruit and honeysuckle notes are balanced by fennel, spice, and hints of almond, all underpinned by a refreshing line of zesty acidity. The grapes were hand harvested in the early morning to ensure freshness and acidity were retained. The wine was fermented in stainless steel (75%) to retain the freshness and used French puncheons (25%) to add texture. The wine was aged on lees for four months before bottling to enhance this texture.
