Vesevo Greco di Tufo Greco di Tufo DOCG, Campania, Italy, is a still, dry white wine crafted from the Greco grape. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures, it sees no oak and avoids malolactic fermentation, allowing pure fruit flavours to shine. It offers intense fruity aromas of ripe pears and honey, with subtle almond notes. Medium-bodied with a lovely texture, the palate is well-balanced with stone fruit flavours of yellow peaches and a crisp, mineral character, leading to a good length on the finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, poultry, and pasta dishes.
