Vesevo Campania Falanghina Campania IGP, Italy, is a vibrant White still dry wine crafted from the indigenous Falanghina grape variety. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures of 12-14°C with some lees-stirring to enhance texture, it ensures pure fruit flavours shine through without oak influence. It offers delicate perfumes of white flowers, tropical fruit, and crisp apple on the nose. The palate is full and ripe, revealing bright citrus and stone fruit flavours, a bright vein of acidity, and distinctive mineral notes from its volcanic soils. This versatile wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians, pairing beautifully with lean fish, poultry, or light pasta dishes.

The grapes were carefully selected upon arrival at the winery. To preserve the natural aromatics, the must was immediately chilled and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures of 12-14°C. The wine remained in stainless-steel tanks until bottling, with some lees-stirring to add texture, seeing no oak to allow the pure fruit flavours to shine through
