Vesevo `Ensis` Taurasi Taurasi DOCG, Campania, Italy, is a superb Red (still) wine crafted from 100% Aglianico grapes, sourced from over 100-year-old vineyards. This Dry wine was aged for 16 months in French oak barriques, developing intense aromas of red berry fruits and vanilla. The palate is structured with firm yet smooth tannins, leading to a clean, dry finish that truly showcases the region's distinctive microclimate. It pairs beautifully with rich meat dishes or mature cheeses, making it a versatile choice. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were carefully hand-selected before being fully destemmed and gently crushed. The fruit underwent a maceration period of 20-25 days at a controlled temperature between 26-28°C to extract colour and additional flavour. The wine was then aged in a selection of 225L French oak barriques for 16 months before continuing its maturation process in bottle prior to release.
