Torre di Terzolan Valpolicella Valpolicella DOC, Italy, is a vibrant Red still dry wine from a forward-thinking estate with a rich Renaissance history in Val Squaranto. Crafted from organically grown Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, this wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months in amphorae, enhancing its fresh, perfumed expression and vibrant fruit. It reveals delightful aromas of red fruits like cherries and blackberries, accompanied by aromatic herbs. The palate is smooth with balanced acidity, leading to a harmonious finish. This certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine is a versatile choice, pairing wonderfully with Italian cuisine or light charcuterie.

After careful selection by hand in the vineyards, the grapes were pressed as soon as they reached the winery. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 20-22 degrees, with regular pumping over. The juice was then racked into amphorae and stainless-steel vats where it aged for about 5 months followed by 3 months in bottle, enhancing the vibrancy of the fruit while creating further complexity.

Serve at 12-14°C; decanting for 30 minutes can enhance its fruit vibrancy.
