This dry Sauvignon Blanc offers complex and elegant aromas of blackcurrant bud, freshly cut thyme, and tropical notes of passion fruit and melon, complemented by underlying flint and saline nuances. The fruit was machine harvested at night, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve its freshness. The palate is pleasingly rich with a fine balance of acidity, making it a delightful and refreshing experience.

Fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night and transported to the winery as quickly as possible. The grapes underwent gentle pressing to ensure minimal skin contact. The must was cold settled for 48 hours before being racked to stainless steel tanks for inoculation. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatics in the wine.
This pleasingly rich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant aromatics and a fine balance of acidity. The nose reveals classic blackcurrant bud and freshly cut thyme, alongside tropical notes of passion fruit and melon, with underlying flint and saline nuances.
