Terre del Buontalenti Sangiovese/Merlot Toscana IGT from Tuscany, Italy is a vibrant Red (still) wine, dry and crafted from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. Fermented in temperature-controlled concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete and large untoasted casks, it offers perfumes of red berry fruit, cherry, redcurrant, strawberry, and a touch of vibrant dark blueberry, lightly spiced. The palate reveals a rounded tannin structure, great balance, and hints of ripe apple and wood spice. This organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine pairs beautifully with a variety of hearty dishes.

Vinification
The grapes were destemmed and crushed, then fermented in temperature controlled concrete tanks with their own indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurred spontaneously. The wine was aged in concrete tanks and large untoasted casks for few months.

This vibrant Red wine offers an enticing bouquet of red berry fruit, cherry, strawberry, and dark blueberry, complemented by subtle spice and hints of apple. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance with a rounded tannin structure, echoing the fruit and spice notes for a wonderfully elegant finish.
Serving recommendation
Serve at 16-18°C; decanting for 30 minutes will enhance its aromas.
