Specogna Ribolla Gialla Colli Orientali DOC, Italy is a refreshing dry white wine crafted from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. Fermented and aged primarily in stainless steel tanks with a portion in large barrels, this still wine offers youthful notes of peach and lively zesty citrus, complemented by hints of vanilla and soft spice on the nose. On the palate, it is complex with a rich texture and a long, fresh finish. Its vibrant acidity and elegant profile make it a versatile partner for lean fish, poultry, or mild and soft cheeses.

Vinification
Once the grapes arrived at the winery, they were gently whole-bunch pressed. Most of the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, while the remainder in big barrels. After a few months, the two were blended and bottled.
