Made by Framingham winemaker Andrew Brown, this wine is crafted from mature to old Sauvignon Blanc vines in the Wairau Valley, with grapes fermented in individual tanks to optimise blending options. It offers vibrant gooseberry and passion fruit aromatics, complemented by a racy acidity that leads to a crisp, refreshing finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, goat cheese, or a variety of vegetarian dishes, making it a delightful choice for many occasions.
