No Fine Print Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi, USA, is a still red wine, dry in style, crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Sourced from Lodi's sandy soils, the maritime influence from the Delta ensures a balance of fruit-forward ripeness and fresh acidity. The vinification process involves fermentation in stainless steel and roto-fermentors, with 12-20 days on skins, and one third of the wine aged in new French oak, adding depth. This results in a wine showcasing bright black fruit characters and a rich, round mouthfeel. It pairs wonderfully with robust dishes such as beef, lamb, or mature hard cheeses.

Vinification
Grapes were destemmed and fermented in a mix of large stainless steel vats and roto-fermentors. The grapes were fermented on their skins for 12-20 days before being pressed. Secondary fermentation was completed in tank. One third of the wine was aged in new French oak.
