Monterustico Dogliani Dogliani DOCG, Piemonte, Italy, presents a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Dolcetto grapes. This organic wine undergoes gentle maceration with a partially submerged cap and neutral ageing in stainless steel, preserving its fresh character. It offers a vibrant aromatic profile with notes of purple flowers, violet, raspberries, and dark cherries, complemented by delicate mint and balsamic tones. The palate is refreshing and thirst-quenching, featuring velvety tannins and a juicy, red fruit finish with an almondy hint. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with pasta dishes, cured meats, poultry, or mild cheeses.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested in late August and September. Gentle maceration with partial submerged cap lasts to 20 days, followed by a neutral aging in stainless-steel. The wine was bottled on April 18th 2023.
