Molino Real `Mountain Blanco` Málaga, Pasas de Málaga DO, Spain. This dry white still wine, crafted from Moscatel grapes, is a testament to traditional winemaking. Hand-harvested and pressed using artisanal methods with esparto mats and an olive-oil press, it is then aged in bottle for 9-12 months. It offers a crunchy, peppery, spicy, and herbal palate with a long, dry finish, showcasing good concentration, finesse, and intensity. Vinification
The grapes were hand harvested and then pressed using a traditional, artisanal method. The grapes were placed between two mats made from `esparto` (a straw-like material) and then crushed using an olive-oil press. The wine was then aged in bottle for between 9-12 months before being released.
