Marenco `Passri'` Moscato Passito di Strevi from Italy is a luscious white dessert wine crafted from sun-dried Moscato and Muscat grapes, a tradition carried on by Patrizia Marenco. This sweet wine offers intense notes of candied citrus, dried apricot, and sweet spices, with a rich, concentrated palate hinting at baked apples. The grapes are hand-harvested and dried for 50 days, losing half their weight before a long fermentation. It is a vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine, perfect with mature cheeses or as a delightful aperitif.

Vinification
The grapes were hand harvested and then laid on special racks to dry under the sun. The grapes were gently pressed after 50 days of drying, by which time the grapes have lost about 50% of their original weight. The juice underwent a long fermentation on the skins, stopping naturally when the wine reached 13% alcohol.
