Terre Antiche Gavi di Gavi Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG from Piemonte, Italy, is a still, dry white wine crafted from the Cortese grape. After gentle pressing, the grapes undergo a two-week fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with no oak ageing, ensuring a pure expression of the fruit. It presents beguiling aromas of stone fruit and lime peel, leading to a palate with a lovely zip and verve, delicate lime zest notes, and a distinctive mineral finish. This elegant and refreshing wine is a versatile partner for seafood and light pasta dishes. This wine is also vegan and vegetarian friendly.

After gentle pressing, the grapes underwent a two-week fermentation at 16°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Without any oak ageing, the wine was bottled in the spring following the harvest.
