Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Mâcon-Chardonnay `Les Busserettes`, Mâcon-Chardonnay, France, is a superb dry White still wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented in 350-litre oak barrels, with 25% new oak, resulting in a wine that wears its oak lightly. Expect elegant aromas of apple and pear, complemented by subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, it offers a lovely grainy texture with balanced fruit and a refreshing finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with poultry or lean fish.
