Holdaway Estate Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand, is a vibrant still, dry white wine (Blanc) crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures with selected yeasts to retain its vibrant varietal flavours. This classically styled Sauvignon Blanc offers a beautifully aromatic profile, with distinct notes of nettles, freshly cut grass, bell pepper, and grapefruit. Vinification
Each block was harvested separately at optimum ripeness. The fruit was gently pressed at the winery as quickly as possible to minimise skin contact and cold settled. The clear juice was then fermented at cool temperatures with selected yeasts to retain vibrant varietal flavours. After ferment the components were racked off yeast lees and selected components blended before being carefully prepared for bottling.
