Heirloom Vineyards Shiraz
A bold Red wine with spicy black fruits, velvety tannins, and dark chocolate notes
Heirloom Vineyards Barossa Shiraz from Barossa, Australia, is a still, dry red wine crafted from Shiraz grapes. The winemaking process involves hand-picked whole bunches undergoing natural fermentation in open top fermenters, followed by gentle basket pressing and maturation in French and American oak barriques. This results in a remarkable concentration of spicy black fruits on the nose, complemented by subtle balsamic and allspice notes. The palate is soft and structured with velvety tannins, leading to a long, lingering finish with dark chocolate notes. It pairs wonderfully with rich red meats and mature cheeses.
