On the nose, it offers lively aromas of strawberries, blackberries, and cherries, complemented by subtle floral nuances. The palate is smooth with rounded tannins and a refreshing acidity, making it an easy-drinking and appealing choice. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, from poultry to pasta, or simply enjoyed on its own.
75.0CL , 13.0% ABV
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and softly crushed then transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation at controlled temperatures lasted for approximately five days with several rounds of pumping over to ensure good extraction of colour, flavour and tannin from the grape skins. The wine is unoaked to ensure the vibrant fruit aromas remain centre stage, and was kept in stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
This easy-drinking red wine offers a vibrant bouquet of strawberries, blackberries, and cherries, complemented by subtle floral undertones. On the palate, it presents a ripe, rounded fruit character with smooth tannins and a refreshing acidity, making for a lovely, lively experience.
