Bodegas LAN Gran Dominio, Rioja Reserva Rioja DOCa from Rioja, Spain, is a still, dry Red wine crafted predominantly from Tempranillo with a touch of Mazuelo. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine undergoes 12 months of ageing in a combination of French and American oak, followed by 24 months in bottle, developing a complex profile. It displays enticing aromas of ripe red and black fruits, complemented by hints of vanilla and subtle spice. On the palate, it is fleshy and rich with a long finish. This versatile red pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb, beef, cured meats, or mature cheeses.
75.0CL , 13.5% ABV
After fermentation the wine was aged for 12 months; six months in American oak, from Ohio, followed by a further six months in French oak, from Vosgues. The wine then underwent 24 months bottle ageing prior to release.
This Rioja Reserva offers a delightful bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, beautifully complemented by hints of vanilla and subtle spice from its oak ageing. On the palate, it is fleshy and rich, leading to a long and satisfying finish.
Serve at 16-18°C; decant for 30-60 minutes to allow its complex aromas to unfold.
