G.D. Vajra Langhe Nebbiolo from Langhe, Italy. This still, dry red wine, crafted from Nebbiolo grapes, is light garnet in colour and offers a fragrant, floral profile. Its nose is defined by delicate flowers like rose petals, while the palate is fresh and vibrant, revealing notes of wild strawberry, sour cherry, and a spicy finish. Fermented for 18 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and seven months ageing in stainless steel, it's a remarkably scented and drinkable wine. It pairs beautifully with a range of pasta dishes or cured meats.

Vinification
Fruit for the 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo was picked between the 28th of September and 24th of October, and fermentation lasted for 18 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The resulting wine was then aged for seven months in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
