This wine saw careful vinification with gentle pressing and small-batch fermentation to preserve its bright, enticing aromas. It offers a delicate, foamy mousse, with vibrant notes of crushed flowers, ripe apricot, and candied peach on both the nose and palate, leading to a juicy, fresh, and persistent finish. Vinification
Due to the long growing season of 2024, the grapes for Vajra's Moscato d'Asti were picked between September 7th and 20th. The fruit was quickly transferred to the winery to preserve its natural acidity before undergoing gentle pressing. Fermentation was carried out in small batches to ensure the brightest, most enticing aromas in each bottle.
