Franz Haas, `Lepus` Pinot Bianco from Alto-Adige, Italy. This exquisite still white wine, crafted from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, offers a dry and elegant experience. Fermented in both stainless steel and small oak barriques, then aged on its lees for five months, it develops a complex character. Vinification
Once at the winery, the grapes were gently pressed, with the majority undergoing fermentation in temperature controlled, stainless-steel vats and the remaining in small oak barriques. After fermentation, the wine was aged on its lees for about five months before bottling, to add complexity and body.
