Franz Haas Dolomiti Pinot Grigio Vigneti delle Dolomiti, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy, is a still, dry white wine crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. This elegant wine is intense straw-yellow in colour, offering a fragrant floral bouquet with notes of sage, hay, almonds, and sandalwood, which evolve into honey and lime blossom with bottle age. Fermented primarily in stainless steel with a small portion in barrique and aged on its lees for four months, it develops a fresh, medium-bodied palate with great finesse. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, or poultry, making it a versatile choice for many occasions.

Vinification
Grapes were hand picked and selected in the vineyards. Fermentation took place at controlled temperature almost exclusively in stainless steel tanks, with a small quantity in barrique.The wine aged for about four months on its lees to add complexity and give the wine a fuller body. Finally the Pinot Grigio remained three to four months in bottle before release.
