Framingham Sauvignon Blanc
A vibrant white wine bursting with zesty grapefruit, passion fruit, and a wonderfully crisp finish
Framingham Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is a certified organic, vegan and vegetarian white wine. This still, dry Sauvignon Blanc offers an expressive nose with aromas of grapefruit, lemon, and subtle notes of wet stone. A small percentage of grapes are fermented on skins and in oak and acacia barrels, then aged for six months on lees, contributing to its well-rounded palate. Flavours of passion fruit and yellow peach, with sweet herbal hints and fine-boned acidity, lead to a crisp finish. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with lean fish or fresh appetizers.

Vinification
On arrival at the winery, each parcel of fruit was kept and vinified separately. The juices were predominantly fermented in stainless steel, with some fermented in oak and acacia puncheons and a small component fermented on skins. A large portion of the blend was aged on lees prior to blending and bottling.
