Fog Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
A vibrant Red wine with luscious dark fruit flavours and soft, polished tannins
Fog Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon California, USA is a still, dry Red wine crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Grenache. The grapes are predominantly aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh primary fruit aromas, with a portion in neutral French oak barrels to round out the tannins. This vegetarian-friendly wine offers a rich bouquet of blackberry, violet, and a hint of spice. On the palate, luscious flavours of dried plums, dates, and redcurrants are complemented by soft, well-integrated tannins, leading to a polished, lingering finish. It pairs wonderfully with beef, lamb, or mature hard cheeses.
