Fantini Cuvée Bianco Brut from Abruzzo, Italy, is a refreshing dry white sparkling wine crafted from the indigenous Cococciola grape. Handpicked grapes undergo a short cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel, followed by three months on lees and secondary fermentation via the Charmat method. This elegant wine offers complex aromas of green citrus fruits and delicate floral notes, leading to a mineral-tinged and well-balanced palate. It is a versatile choice, perfect as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers and shellfish. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Grapes are handpicked and undergo a careful selection in the winery. After selection, the berries are crushed and destemmed. The must is kept in contact with the skins during a short cold maceration. After the static clarifcation, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. After 3 months fining on lees, the base wine is fermented in small stainless steel pressure tanks (prise de mousse) following the Charmat method.
This elegant dry white sparkling wine offers complex aromas of vibrant green citrus fruits and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a refreshing, mineral-tinged finish.
Serve chilled at 12-14°C. No decanting required, enjoy young.
