Famille Perrin Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc Côtes du Rhône AOC, France. This organic, dry Still White wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, sourced from the clay-limestone soils of Cairanne and Jonquières, imparting a mineral freshness. Vinified in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant primary aromatics, it offers delightful aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, and candied quince. The palate reveals notes of white peach, grapefruit, and a silky texture balanced by juicy acidity. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with lean fish, poultry, or vegetarian dishes.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested early in the morning in order to retain freshness. After pressing, the juices were cold settled and fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine was then racked and aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling, to preserve the wine's vibrant, primary aromatics.
Flavour profile
This vibrant dry white wine offers delightful aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, and candied quince. On the palate, notes of white peach and grapefruit are well balanced by juicy acidity and a silky texture, leading to a refreshing finish.
Serving recommendation
Serve chilled at 10-12°C to best enjoy its vibrant fruit and floral notes. No decanting required.
