Familia Castaño's Organic Rosado from Murcia, Spain, is a delightful still, dry rosé crafted from Monastrell grapes. The organic Monastrell grapes are harvested at night and lightly pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's purity of fruit. It offers vibrant aromas of peach, raspberry, and apricot, with subtle hints of dried fruit. On the palate, it is wonderfully juicy and fresh. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with appetizers, poultry, lean fish, or vegetarian dishes. Certified organic, it embodies the best of warm-climate winemaking.

The organic Monastrell grapes were harvested at night to take advantage of the cool temperatures and preserve the aromatics. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were lightly pressed and went straight to fermentation for 15 days. After fermentation, the wine remained in stainless steel tanks until bottling, to retain the wine's purity of fruit.
This delightful rosé offers vibrant aromas of peach, raspberry, and apricot, complemented by subtle hints of dried fruit. On the palate, it is wonderfully juicy and fresh, delivering a bright and appealing fruit-forward experience.
Serve chilled at 8-10°C; no decanting needed. Enjoy young for its vibrant fruit.
