Fairview Chenin Blanc from South Africa is a vibrant and refreshing dry white wine, crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Sourced from bush vines in Darling and south-facing vineyards on Paarl Mountain, this wine benefits from barrel fermentation and three months aging on its fine lees, contributing to its appealing creamy texture. It offers enticing tropical aromas of pineapple and guava, alongside bright citrus notes. The palate is fresh and crisp with lively acidity, revealing flavours of lime and subtle mineral hints on a long, satisfying finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with poultry, lean fish, or a variety of vegetarian dishes. Vinification
The fruit was hand picked in the early hours of the morning and delivered cold to the cellar. It was then destemmed and gently pressed. The free-run juice settled for two days before the clear juice was racked off and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, 20% of the wine was aged on its fine lees for three months before bottling.

The Fairview Chenin Blanc offers vibrant tropical aromas of pineapple and guava, complemented by refreshing citrus notes. Its palate is fresh and crisp with lively acidity, leading to a long finish with hints of lime and minerality, all balanced by a creamy texture from barrel fermentation.
