Enosophia `DIKA` Graševina from Slavonia, Croatia, is a vibrant still white wine crafted with thoughtful winemaking. This dry wine, made from Graševina (also known as Welschriesling) grapes, is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged on fine lees for four months to preserve its bright varietal aromas and acidity. It offers delightful floral notes, leading to a fresh, fruit-driven palate bursting with white peach flavours and a subtle touch of almond bitterness on the finish. This versatile wine is perfect with light salads, seafood, or poultry. It is also suitable for both vegan and vegetarian diets.

Vinification
On arrival at the winery, the hand-harvested grapes were destemmed, crushed, and pressed. After settling, the must was fermented with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless -steel tanks, avoiding malolactic fermentation to preserve the bright varietal aromas and acidity. The must spent four months on fine lees in tanks prior to bottling and release.
