Domenico Clerico `Visadi` Langhe Dolcetto from Langhe, Piemonte, Italy, is a vibrant still red wine crafted from 100% Dolcetto grapes. This dry wine undergoes fermentation and nine months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, preserving its fresh and crisp character. It offers enticing aromas of bright red fruits, high-toned violet, and rose petals, leading to a palate bursting with vibrant red fruit flavours and well-balanced tannins, culminating in a savoury, exuberant finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with pasta dishes, cured meats, or mild cheeses.

Vinification
The grapes were hand picked and then selected in the cellar on a sorting table. Maceration on the skins took place with a gentle extraction to maximise the aroma and drinkability typical of this grape variety. After fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months before bottling.

This Dolcetto offers a fresh and crisp profile, bursting with vibrant red fruit flavours like raspberry and cherry. It is beautifully complemented by elegant floral notes of violet and rose petals, leading to a savoury and exuberant finish with well-balanced tannins.
