Domaine La Croix Gratiot `Les Zazous` Pinot Noir from Pays d'Hérault IGP, France, is an elegant still red wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This dry wine, organically certified and suitable for vegans and vegetarians, is aged for a year in oak barrels, contributing to its refined structure. It offers an aromatic bouquet of rose and violet, with vibrant notes of red cherries and plum, and a subtle hint of spice. The palate is graced with fine, silky tannins, culminating in a lingering, juicy finish. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with poultry, mushroom dishes, or mild cheeses.

Vinification
Grapes were hand picked and sorted meticulously at the winery prior to crushing. Fermentation lasted roughly three weeks, during which twice daily punch downs were carried out to ensure the optimum extraction of colour and tannins. The wine was then aged in oak barrels for one year before bottling.
