Domaine La Croix Gratiot `Désir Blanc` from Languedoc, France, Pays d'Hérault IGP, is a delightful Still White wine. This dry blend of Viognier, Roussanne, and Sauvignon Blanc is crafted with each variety vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity, with the Viognier aged on fine lees for two months. It offers perfumed aromatics of bright stone fruit, including apricot and peach, complemented by zesty lime notes. The palate delivers a concentrated flavour experience, balanced by refreshing acidity and a long, satisfying finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with poultry, lean fish, vegetarian dishes, or as an aperitif. Certified organic, it is also suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

Vinification
The varieties were all vinified separately, with fermentation taking place in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve fruit purity.
