Domaine Borgeot Bourgogne Blanc Côte d'Or, from France's Bourgogne Côte d'Or region, is a refined White still wine with a dry profile. Crafted predominantly from Chardonnay grapes, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel before ageing in oak barrels, 15% new, lending complexity and texture. This wine offers vibrant aromas of ripe lemon and stone fruit, complemented by a subtle toastiness. The palate reveals bright acidity balancing intense citrus and stone fruit flavours, with a hint of minerality and toasted nuts on the lingering finish. It pairs beautifully with poultry, rich fish, or mild cheeses.

Vinification
Grapes were all harvested by hand and underwent sorting to ensure that only the finest of fruit made it into the final wine. The wine is fermented in stainless steel before ageing in oak barrels, 15% of which is new. Throughout the vinification process, the brothers employed a combination of both traditional Burgundian techniques and modern winemaking practices with an emphasis on temperature control. With majority aged in barrels, including some new oak, to give additional weight and texture.
