Dandelion Vineyards `Wonderland of the Eden Valley` Riesling from Eden Valley, Australia, is a vibrant dry white still wine crafted from 100% Riesling grapes. Whole bunches were hand-picked and destemmed, with the free-run juice fermented in small stainless steel tanks before being bottled without fining or filtration to preserve its essence. It offers bright aromas of grapefruit zest, baking spices, and a hint of slate. The palate delivers searing acidity alongside a core of pure citrus, with notes of lime, lemon, and mandarin oranges, culminating in a tight and smooth structure. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with poultry, lean fish, or spicy dishes.

Vinification
Whole bunches were hand picked in the last week of February and destemmed in small batches without crushing. The free run juice was then fermented in small stainless steel tanks between 11° C and 14°C. It was bottled directly without fining or filtration to capture the essence of the vineyard.
