Curatolo Arini Inzolia from Sicily, Italy, is a delightful still White wine, off-dry in style, crafted from Inzolia grapes. Following a brief skin maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, then aged on lees for several weeks to enhance its fresh and vibrant character. It offers delicate aromas of fresh citrus, tropical fruits, white flowers and almond, leading to a palate of vibrant citrus, melon, and ripe peach with a fresh mineral acidity. This expressive wine is a versatile companion to lean fish, poultry, and vegetarian dishes.

Vinification
Following harvest, the grapes were de-stemmed and allowed to macerate on their skins before a gentle pressing. Fermentation took place at 15° in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left on lees at least 6 months before being bottled.
Flavour profile
This Inzolia offers delicate aromas of fresh citrus, tropical fruits, white flowers, and almond. On the palate, it presents a vibrant mix of citrus and melon, complemented by ripe peach flavours and a refreshing mineral acidity, leading to a fresh and vibrant expression.
